LOWA Z8 Boots have the flexibility of a hiking boot without compromising on the stability offered by some tactical military boots. Specialist sole units provide grip and support, whilst patented Monowrap technology adds that extra level of comfort.
Gore-Tex® Membranes
A specialist gore-tex lining keeps water out of the boot, whilst letting sweat and vapours escape. As a result, feet are kept dry in wet conditions and remain comfortable due to the fabric’s breathability. This technology only adds to the Z8 range’s versatility, making them suitable for all climates and terrains. All boots we have online feature Gore-Tex® Membranes with the exception of the LOWA Z8S C Military Boots in Coyote Op.
Professional-Looking Finish
The LOWA Z8S are both made from smart suede whilst the LOWA Z8N GTX® C combine buffalo leather and Cordura for a seamless looking finish. Suede and nubuck give the boots flexibility without compromising on durability, or indeed appearance.
EN ISO 20347 Certified
All boots in the LOWA Z8 collection meet EN ISO 20347 Certification. This means that they are classed as ‘Occupational footwear’ and indicates that they possess cleated soles, oil-resistant outsoles, resistance to penetration and water absorption, and anti-static energy absorbing heels. While not able to offer quite the same level of protection as safety boots, these features ought to help give those wearing LOWA Z8S & Z8N boots peace of mind when walking, jogging, or running on any kind of terrain.

LOWA Z8S C Military Boots - Coyote Op
Aside from effective protection, the LOWA Z8S C military boots in Coyote OP are fitted with LOWA Tactical Z Trac® soles for exceptional grip in all terrains. Fabric elements on the boot provide enhanced ventilation creating a highly breathable boot which performs as successfully in hot climates as it does in winter weather conditions.
LOWA Z8S GTX Military Boots - Brown
Designed to be as reliable for outdoor adventure as for military use, these brown LOWA GTX® boots benefit from the support of a LOWA cross duty sole unit. Featuring a hiking-oriented tread, the cross duty sole is renowned for its outstanding traction on rough terrains.

LOWA Z8N GTX® C Military Boots - Black
Made using durable Buffalo leather, the black LOWA Z8N GTX® C is a reliable choice of boot for those who partake in regular strenuous activity. The Z8N GTX® C’s are fitted with the same Tactical Z Trac® soles as the Z8S C and benefit from a cushioning PU midsole. Finished with abrasion-resistant laces, these GTX® boots guarantee stability all day long.
